It was a great experience. My daughter loved it. One thing I did not like was the phone answering service. I was trying to get them to mention my daughter's name. We were there on her birthday, but no one answered.I was told to go speak to someone. If I did, it would not have been a surprise. She was sad. When the other children's names were called but not hers.Overall, we loved the show and the setting. They could do a little better with the food. It was ok, but a place like that deserves better.
We went to medieval times in Orlando this past weekend and had a blast!!!The actors work hard and succesfully entertainment the public. The waitresses/waiters are all very helpful and the food was surprisingly very delicious! The animals are adorable and well trained and you can tell they love the people that takes care of them. 10/10 definitely coming back!!!Food drinks: Drink doesn't have a lot of alcohol, probably because it's a family place, but it tasted good.

We went on Saturday evening ,Sep 2nd, and the staff was very friendly. Fast forward to the end of the tournament, we went to get gifts at the shop and were told that our card payment did not go through even though it went through on our end. Despite our doubts we swiped again and now we have a double charge on our account. The bank told us to resolve it with Medieval Times and I'm trying to get a hold of someone to get a refund on our double charge purchase.Other than that we had a great experience.
My family of 5 had an awesome time! We were seated in the last row, but there isn 't a bad view in the house. The only thing is you 'll never catch the roses that the knights throw into the audience.Food was great! Tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, corn, bread, and potato wedges. Chocolate eclair for dessert. Tea, lemonade, and soda are included. You can order bar drinks separately.Tip is not included in your ticket. Our server handed us a tray for his tip, and on the card was written 15% of bill or $10 per person . For 5 people that was more than I expected to tip, but the servers work incredibly hard lugging all that food up the stairs on trays, clearing them, and keeping drinks filled, so we did do $10/person.Parking is a little bit of a walk, but not too far.
The show was completely amazing. It's really worth it to watch every second. The horses are beautiful and the trainers are very professional. The combative scenes are enjoyable and the story behind the show is interesting. It is a whole experience to be there. The food was very good. I Really liked Tomato soup.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the show. It is super entertaining.
