However, I think they could improve their customer service. During our initial visit, the cashier was a bit rude to us. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt—perhaps she was tired or having a rough day, and I just happened to be the next customer. Because of the uncomfortable experience, we decided to return the next day and tried a different worker who was very friendly, although their food didn’t quite measure up to yours. I hope to visit again in the future and have a better experience with customer service. For that reason, I’m still giving them 5 stars despite that one issue. We were a bit apprehensive at first about what we had ordered and the price, but wow, the "plato de martador" exceeded all our expectations! It serves four people and features an impressive array of ingredients: mondongo in the center, along with octopus, conch, fried fish, and large shrimp, all resting on a bed of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and green peppers. Everything was freshly prepared! The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I placed my order for two simple frappes at 1:37 PM on a Thursday afternoon when there were only about 30 people around the food truck. My order was delivered at 2:04 PM, even after two orders that had been placed after mine were completed first. Since it was just a couple of frappes, I can't imagine how long it would take for multiple orders on a busy Saturday. I think I'll try other food trucks instead.
