I recently visited Chipotle at 3254 N John Young Parkway and had a mixed experience. There were five employees present, and two of the younger staff members provided good service while eating. However, I was concerned about the two hired workers in the back, who were joking around while cutting the meat, which didn’t seem very professional. The cashier, Brislyn, seemed to be enjoying their antics, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. Additionally, I was disappointed with the portion size of the steak I received for $5—it was quite small and not worth the price. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The restaurant was already running low on items, and it was only 9 o'clock. The staff member I spoke with couldn't identify the types of meat available and didn't bother to ask anyone else for help. The only friendly person there was the cashier. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was chaotic, and I can’t understand how a manager could permit such disorder. The floors were dirty, and all the tables were cluttered. There were only spoons available for eating. Honestly, it’s not worth spending $10 on food in these conditions.
Gustavo the manager should definitely not be a manger at the location on John young or any location! I paid $60 for my food to get delivered from this location, missing the chicken in our salad bowls, the fruit sides for my kids meals the $6 Guacamole and chips I paid for and all these delivery fees to get not even an apology from any associate not even the so cal manager when I brought the food back to this location! On top I had to call the 1800 number to get my F’N money back!! The most ridiculous service I have received from Chipotles!! Never going back!!! This place needs better management!!
I 'm not one to do reviews on google, but I can tell you this was the worst experience I 've had at a chipotle. All of the staff looked like they were mad. When customers would ask them for something they would immediately respond with a No. without checking first. Multiple things were placed in the counter behind them and they were just lazy to restock the line. The GM 's face was the worst, she looked like she did not want to be there. All of the portion sizing was wrong, which I believe was because they are lazy to replace the food after. There were no lids, hot sauce, napkins, knives. The dining room was a mess with food all over the floors and tables. The guac was WAY too salty, not enough of the other ingredients... This is sad because this is not the first time I 've had a bad experience at this chipotle.... If you don 't want to work there, simply find another one! All places are hiring : -kindly a pissed paying customer DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
Worker was so rude, didn’t even tell us they were out of chicken completely after I had ordered and had stuff in the bowl. Mind you, they charged me MORE for the stuff I didn’t want. Poor service. Steak was hard to eat and just disgusting. Place was dirty and flies all inside. Skip this Chipotle for your sake. BIG waste of over $30.
