I love it. This review was 3 years ago. I gave it 5 stars. Now we came back and our experience was totally different. The staff was not well trained, and the food was mediocre. The restaurant was not clean.We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and this is what we got. They said that it was because of the grill, and it was normal. The grill needs to be cleaned urgently. The food is delicious and the staff is always beautiful. Clean restaurant and Dine in is available what is beautiful. Prices have risen in recent years, preventing a 5 star. We understand higher wages equal to higher costs meals.
This location is SO friendly and SO fast to make your food. Scott was so fast to make sure we had everything and took care of it.
What else to say. Excellent service and guest support, good food, reasonable prices, safe and healthy. Five stars.
Best chicken sandwich out there! The chicken at chick-fil-a is always so fresh and hot when I get it. I'm always amazed at the service too. It is great to see how many hard working team members there are and that the company is still working with a full staff during the pandemic. Great operation.
The best experience ever in Orlando, it was the first time to try this restaurant 2 days ago, as we returned back today as well, food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Staff is having an excellent attitude in terms of the way they welcome thier guests, and they way they serve the food. The place is so homey, warm, and clean. It was noticeable that the staff is applying a high level of the hygiene standard. The manager was around the people making sure that everything is OK, and makes everybody satisfied. A big THANK YOU for Chick-fil-A and the staff.
