Service was fantastic! Great drinks. Eating was okay. Lemon pepper chicken didn't taste like lemon pepper and my husband got a steak well done and it came out almost rarely. But our server fixed the problem and we enjoyed everything! View all feedback.

I have to admit, I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant tonight. I ordered the chicken roast steak, which had about 2 inches of pure fat on it and was overcooked. I have to admit, I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant tonight. I ordered the chicken roast steak, which had about 2 inches of pure fat on it and was overcooked. I also ordered a baked potato, which was cold and didn't even melt the butter on top. When I asked for lemons for my iced tea, I was given lemons that had already been squeezed. To make matters worse, the food was quickly taken away as soon as I took out my camera to take a photo. The manager's apology was unapologetic and unsympathetic. Overall, it was a terrible and completely unacceptable dining experience. The only photo I was able to take was of the lemons.
I have been a loyal customer of Cheddar's for over a decade, but today I was let down when I ordered the broccoli cheese casserole. Instead of the dish I remembered, which was primarily broccoli and cheese with a sprinkle of rice, I received a serving of rice with cheese. The quality of the dish has definitely declined since my last visit.
My partner particularly enjoyed the crispy breaded fried chicken steak, while we both loved the potatoes with white sauce. We had the special deal which included four courses plus a soup or salad, all of which were tasty. However, we found that everything was a bit too salty for our taste, but since we enjoy salt, we just drank a lot of water. Despite the restaurant being packed on a Friday night, the kitchen still managed to serve our food promptly. The service was good overall. The only reason we did not give five stars is because we recently discovered a new cheddar restaurant near our house whose kitchen we prefer, as they season their food perfectly. It's possible that due to it being a busy Friday night, the cook at this restaurant was too preoccupied to properly taste the dishes.
The croissants here are delicious! I ordered the ribeye and it was also delicious! the waiting period was not long to be sitting, but eating took a while. my daughter ordered a steak that was boiled, and the manager came out and apologized. he went and cooked them a new one that was absolutely perfect! the fried cheese appetizer is so good. we will definitely come back when we visit them against!
I ordered a smoked castle that comes out of pickles and done. this is what agog (see the picture) .. I smoke a burger with pickles and medium well made. at least the drink and the pommes were in order or I would have left this place. service good you. recommend for drinks no much for food
