Burger King - Kissimmee

I almost never eat here, but we starve and desperate. The bread on my sandwich was hard as if it were stale. The food was cold. We ordered a coke and got something that was definitely not coke. Not to mention that they forget us and we waited about 5 minutes in the window before someone noticed us.

Please note: I will always give you an honest and unbiased criticism! You may not like it when your person is checked and you may love it. But I don't do that to please you or to fluff your ego! I give potential customers the best, most honest review possible. And I'm not trying to check anything unless I was there several times!!! It's Burger King, who doesn't know what to expect? Good food, very small problems with orders as we go here slot to save money and the kids like the nuggets! Some of the server's settings could customize something. But they don't work all the time and late evening can be a bit stressful that I'd imagine. No excuse yet for the treatment of some customers as your lesson. Your work on food service, your task is to ensure that the customer has a great experience! For the most part, it is a great staff and they work very hard to please the customer. What I refer to above are a small handful of individuals who should probably find employment in a job better suited for them.

We, where we are on our way to the sea world, have decided to make a quick way through the ride. They gave us our food, but for getting 1 chicken sandwich my husband went to Burger King to them and instead of giving them only the sandwich she got for them decided to argue with him. Then after 10 min, it doesn't give him very professional at all. In addition, that the food we were given tasted very dry I would have the food was old. Our stomach, where we were so upset on our way to the sea world, we had to stop at a gas station. I would never recommend this Burger King to everyone again. Once I'm sick of a place I'm never back

Very bad service from the ride through ..on 4/12/19 at 11:30. Young men seemed miserable..no personality practically through the order with me seemed to be disturbing when I asked for contingencies. Simple fixation... many other possibilities on hwy 192....shame and my hotel is next to this location.

Fast and friendly service. I visit this location for a big reason; do not wait, unlike other fast food restaurants in the area where I may wait 20 minutes or more for food. An area they need to work on, although a little cleanliness in the dining area itself, especially around the beverage area.
