Bj's Brewhouse Kissimmee

It states an abundance of gluten free options which is why we chose this restaurant for our dinner on our anniversary. But the using the COVID crutch that is vastly over used, said the menu was downsized. Well maybe put that on the website. My wife has Celiac a d I was trying to take her somewhere that she’d have a nice selection. That didn’t happen. Plus my meal wasn’t prepared correctly. The manager did step up and adjust our bill. That saved my review from being poor overall. Also the server was decent but could have been more versed on the menu.

Parts of the meal were good but the sides were cold. Not many customers but service was intermittent. Had to ask for everything. Not the best experience. Hostess was nice. Bathroom wasn’t very clean.

A good place to find portions for the whole family; from healthy food to picky eaters. Server was very considerate of our special requests.

We had a great time at BJ's. Great food, beer, and service. Will visit again when we are in the area.

We've been to the BJ's at The Loop location before but it had been a long while. I choose this for my birthday dinner with some friends because of location and my previous positive experiences I've had at this particular establishment. The food was decent overall. But the margarita I ordered was horrible! The waiter seemed like he was either new, hard of hearing, lack of listening or wasn't familiar with his hand held tablet...or all of the above. Personality, he was very nice and very helpful but it was horrible having to repeat everything several times and him not getting it correct when repeating it back. The lady at the front...hostess or manager...couldn't tell was not very kind. Just seems over the many years I've been here, this service and food have declined. I regretted making this my choice for my birthday dinner.
