At first, we were hesitant to drive all the way from Mary Lake for over an hour, but once we tried the chicken biryani, nihari, mutton karahi, shrimp masala, and seekh kababs, all our doubts disappeared. The food was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely be frequenting this place in the future. The prices were also very reasonable. Overall, an amazing experience. What Colby Sauer doesn't like about Bbq Tonight Indian And Caterings:
Don't come here!!! The server is not nice at all. We went as a group and told him we were all separate and he gave us only one receipt then we went and talk to him so we can split hit but he said he couldn't do that. Why? We don't even know probably because he is LAZY. Plus he charge us extra things as well. Like we only order 6 waters and he charge us 2 extras and another chicken Tikka Masala as well thet we never o... View all feedback.
Food here is delicious but the customer service does need some work. I came here for dinner and although the buffet was open there were many items missing. There was only one server working with about 5-6 families dining in. I was eating the Nihari which is very good but I needed a Naan so when I ordered an extra Naan it took almost 10 minutes to bring. In addition, I called the restaurant prior to coming here but they were quite rude on the phone and just shut me off when we were talking.
The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is that the one time I was able to get food, it wasn't too bad. I ordered dinner as take out from here about a week ago through Google. My order was accepted, I was provided a time, and I was subsequently charged for my meal. I showed up maybe 10 minutes prior to my expected pick up time and they were closed ??? I tried calling, no answer. So because I was hungry, I went to another restaurant in the same location. 3 hours later, I get a call asking me if I was coming to pick up my order. I explained that I had already eaten and this was WAYYY past when my order was to be ready. The person on the phone tried to explain to me that they come from far away and they were running late. To me, this isn't an acceptable answer when it comes to advertising operating hours, and it's not like I ordered right when they were scheduled to open, so that's not an excuse. Another person got onto the phone, and reiterated the questioning on if I'm coming in. I said no, there was no reason to. He then stated that they would refund my purchase. This has not happened either. I'll no longer visit this place nor can I recommend it, no matter if I enjoyed my original meal or not. There are too many places to eat in this area and if you cannot properly take care of your customers, or make it right when YOU are the reason for such a poor review, then I won't be doing business with you again.

Another complaint is that when we got there it said that they were close until 5:15. SAFE YOURSELF THE TRIP AND DON'T COME HERE SO THEY CAN TREAT YOU BAD.
Don't go to this place. They charged me $21 for a chicken Biryani. Which was also not cooked well. Especially the lady on resto counter is very rude. I would never go there again. Won't recommend. Poor hygiene in resto, too.
We decided to visit this restaurant on Christmas Day, as it was one of the few places open. Like many other restaurants, the impact of Covid was evident during our visit. However, this review is based solely on our experience on this particular day. The price was reasonable and considering the circumstances, we couldn't really complain. However, the restaurant seemed to have lost some of its former charm. I remembered the food being much better when I last visited two years ago. We were informed that only the buffet option was available, and we were not able to order anything else from the menu. It was puzzling to see that takeaway orders were being processed with non-buffet options while dine-in customers were limited to the buffet. The buffet was average, with the biryani being the standout dish. However, other offerings like the lamb and chicken curry were overwhelmed with excessive spices. The naan bread seemed store-bought and hastily heated. The dessert, which consisted of a strange mixture of jelly and a few Rasgullas, was not particularly appealing. Overall, the buffet did not leave a strong impression and we may not return in the future. The tea was satisfactory and the restaurant decor was beautiful. The service was impressive, with one person managing the entire dining room efficiently. It's a shame that the food didn't live up to expectations.
