Arby's - Kissimmee

A week ago and half a time I would have threatened this place 5 stars for so fast in the car ride to noon 12:00 I have a 30 minute break and it takes me three minutes to get there, I was usually threatened from the car ride within 3-5 minutes. Since last week, there was a heavy 10-15 minutes waiting with cars flying in the car. I don't see how the ordinary day crew is working in there... bringing them back, they were the best!

The young man on the register was very polite a kind to a senior couple. he was so thought-out when he disinfected the beverage area, an escort area he ensured that everything he was cleaned was correct. we saw him where we didn't sit. we told him you should be a mgr. he smiled one said good at night when we were gone. Good luck is great.

Always fast service with order delivered quickly, which may depend on how many are ordering at the drive up or in the store as I was. I do not use the drive up ever. The staff are polite and pleasant. The only issue I had was that the clerk who waited on me had only put in two packets of horse radish sauce. I ordered two sandwiches a beef cheddar and a chicken sandwich of the 2 for $6 menu. Had I realized he'd been so stingy. I'd definitely would've asked for more. I wasn't watching. I was originally going to give four stars but realized that was being mean over something trivial. I've gone to this store for over ten years and find the quality of the sandwiches excellent.
