However, I did notic... read more I want to share my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill, but I won’t go into too much detail since there are already many negative reviews. However, I did notice that my bowl was only half full, despite choosing nearly all the available options. I'm curious if this is their usual portion size or just a one-time issue. However, tonight there we... read more I've held back from posting a negative review of this place for the past couple of years because I understand the staffing challenges. However, tonight there were staff available, but the dining room was closed, showing a clear lack of care. This isn’t a one-time issue; it happens frequently, as many other reviews confirm. One of the most disappointing moments was when I walked in and overheard employees on the line mocking the customers waiting outside for their orders, not realizing I could hear them too. There are a few employees who are consistently kind and hardworking, and I feel bad including them in this criticism.
