The restaurant was closed for in-person dining and was only accepting online orders. I think Chipotle needs to address this issue.

I understand that many establishments are facing staffing issues these days, but that wasn’t the case here. There were several employees inside - some were eating and others were cleaning - and there was a sign on the door. I fully support giving workers breaks, but the sign didn’t indicate when they would resume service, making it impossible to know how long we would have to wait. When they finally opened the door and we approached the counter, I was disappointed to find the black beans completely dry, the meat looked mushy, and they were out of white rice. This was enough for me to decide against placing an order. If they took a break, they should have replenished the food and ingredients before reopening.
