I celebrated my wedding at A Thousand Hills, and they were absolutely fantastic! I loved dining here and knew I had to have their breakfast on my special day. Oh my, it was truly wonderful! Everyone was a joy to work with, and everything went smoothly. They delivered everything I wanted and more. I not only recommend dining here but also suggest their catering services! Jeremy and Robyn were exceptional. If you’re looking for top-notch breakfast, this is definitely the place to go!
The staff is fantastic, and the food is both excellent and reasonably priced for a casual dining experience. Renting a boat is also affordable, and the staff is very accommodating. My only concern was that the beds weren't the most comfortable, but I would definitely return.
The lake is pristine and provides a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy some boat hikes. The food is excellent, and the views of the lake are stunning!
We visited this state park while our granddaughter and granddaughter participated in Truman University, the restaurant Essen was delicious, the park is beautiful, the pavilion of the family was amazing and I would suggest that everyone visiting this area visited this park. Friendly people, beautiful park, it's just amazing!
My husband and I visited the Lake Sat. July 15. We were so impressed with the grounds and the camp area. We had dinner at the restaurant and listen to Dave the guitar guy. The steaks were cook prefect. It was so nice to look out over the lake and watch the boats coming in, almost forgot we were in NE MO. It was a nice treat for sure.
