The restaurant received mixed reviews, with some customers highlighting poor service and unprofessional behavior from the manager, Ben. On the other hand, the food was praised, particularly the all-day breakfast which was described as outstanding. Despite some complaints about the chaotic atmosphere and distant restroom, it was considered a good spot for a casual night out. The need for better management to address issues and ensure a pleasant dining experience was also noted. Mixed feedback from customers highlighted the importance of consistent service quality in order to maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.

What Lola Lloyd dislikes about Timepiece:
I wait in the bar that is not unusual because I'm always waiting for it. the servant, ben, served before me three patrons, when I made him politely aware that I had waited instead of waiting for me to apologize. he decided to have a full argument with me. Although he is at least reward, it certainly does not apologize to me, in future I will not be in this pub, or other wetherspoons, due to the bad service of ben, wh... View all feedback.

I arrived at the restaurant at 3pm and waited 10 minutes to be served at the bar, which is not uncommon for me as I often have to wait. The manager, Ben, served three other customers before me, and when I politely informed him of my wait, instead of apologizing, he engaged in a heated argument with me. Despite being on minimum wage, his behavior towards me was inexcusable. In the future, I will avoid this pub and any other Wetherspoons establishments due to Ben's poor service and lack of professionalism. Rather than setting a good example for his staff, he ended up embarrassing himself in front of customers. I would appreciate if some feedback could be given to him.

The restaurant seems to have opened before addressing some issues under new management. I was not happy with the loud music at 8:30am or the chaotic atmosphere with one bartender rushing around. It appears they may need a more capable manager to avoid potential failure.

I recently visited this restaurant for a few drinks. I didn't try the food on this occasion, but I have in the past and found it to be satisfactory. The breakfast options are decent if you're looking to fuel up before a big night out. They offer inexpensive drinks and spirits. However, the restroom is quite a distance away from the main dining area, which can be a bit of a trek. Overall, a good spot for a casual night out.
