Subway - Kirklees

The female staff at this restaurant are always perfect in every way. The male staff can be a bit grumpy at times, but that's just how it is. Overall, my experience there has been good.

I have been visiting this store as part of work. Most of the staffs are friendly but during peak hours some staff wants the queue to move quickly. Food is usually good and is standard. I did try recently the plant patty and it was not up to the mark. Stomach felt bloated for me and my colleague. I am not sure whether this is a one off case either. Previously I had tried the teriyaki and tuna sandwiches and they were great.

The menu is fantastic now! I was able to order a gluten-free sandwich. The waitress offered to change her gloves, showing that she is well-trained. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices available. The staff were all very friendly and quick. The coffees were also delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We have been there 3times and always were happy .Attentive and friendly staffs, fresh breads and vegetables, quiet and very clean place .

I approached a staff member, a young man, in the almost empty shop to ask if I could order and was rudely told to “just get behind that woman”, who was the only other customer in the shop and was already being helped by a lady I elected than rather to just get behind the woman to leave the premises and I ate elsewhere.
