Starbucks - Kirklees

I will not be coming back to this Starbucks. The tables and floors were dirty, which is unacceptable especially during these times. I asked a staff member to clean our table, but all she did was remove some cups. The table was still filthy, so I had to go back and ask them to wipe it down. Despite there being only a few customers, I saw 4 staff members standing around doing nothing.

I visited today with some friends and was extremely disgusted and disappointed by the entire experience. The table was dirty, so I asked for it to be cleaned, but all they did was move the cups around. I had to go back and ask them to wipe down the table as well. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. The token hand sanitizer available at the entrance was not sufficient for hygiene standards during a pandemic. I'm sorry, Starbucks, but we will not be returning.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. The drive thru took over 30 mins and it wasn't even a big queue. The staff just seemed to be messing around.

Today only two staff trying to manage cafe and drive through. Very long wait. Unacceptable of the management to leave two staff struggling like this. However they did their best and all credit to them remained positive, professional and polite.

I really feel sorry for the two staff on duty today. They are trying to run a drive thru and the restaurant between them and if it wasn’t for them this would be a zero score. Manager needs a good look at themselves to leave the store so short staffed on a Saturday lunchtime. The food and drink are standard Starbucks fare but the way the store is managed it won’t be getting good reviews today.
