I placed an order with a restaurant called Snooty in December. Initially, they told me it would take an hour to prepare, which was already a long wait. However,... read more I placed an order with a restaurant called Snooty in December. Initially, they told me it would take an hour to prepare, which was already a long wait. However, after an hour had passed, my order still hadn't arrived. We called multiple times and were told it would just be a few more minutes. Finally, the order arrived after another hour, totaling over two hours of waiting time. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were supposed to be different but they all tasted strange and we found several hairs in the box and one on the pizza itself. Additionally, we had ordered a side of chips which never showed up even after we complained. To make matters worse, we were overcharged because the delivery driver only gave us some of our change back. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend eating at this restaurant.
