Contribute FeedbackRumpus is a culinary gem known for its exceptional burgers and vibrant atmosphere. While the prices can be on the higher side, ranging from £10 to £20 per person, diners rave about the quality of ingredients and the delightful flavors. The menu boasts standout items like the Tex-Mex burger, pulled pork, and halloumi fries, earning praises from both first-time visitors and regulars alike. Despite some concerns about the tight seating and a time limit on dining, the friendly staff and overall experience make it a popular choice for both lunch and dinner. Parking may be tricky, but the delicious meals justify the visit.
We finally got round to trying Rumpus after it being recommended by several family members and friends. It absolutely deserves the hype genuinely the best burgers we have ever eaten. The pulled pork and halloumi fries were amazing. We will definitely be returning!
Lovely food , pompous owner manager, get over yourself mate… People come for the food not your arrogance attitude…..!
Great burgers, sides and service. Have visited several times for both the restaurant and takeaway. The hog fries are stunning. It's a bit pricey but that is reflected in the quality ingredients. Love it
Food was good. A little expensive. The waitress was lovely. Only problem we had was we didn’t know there was a time limit, and we could only stay an hour, witch was a let down because we wanted to stay for a drink after our meal and relax. We felt rushed.
I can honestly say that Rumpus sell the best burgers I 've ever eaten, anywhere in the world. The beef is seriously good quality, perfectly caramelised on the outside, pink perfection on the inside. I had the 'naked ' version which is topped with a big juicy mushroom instead of in a bun, upgraded to loaded fries, all washed down with a glass of Merlot. Fab. Staff lovely, too.
