I ordered food at 5:20 pm, but it did not arrive until after 7 pm. I had to call to inquire about my order. While I don't mind waiting for my food, not receiving a reason or an apology is disappointing. The food was delicious, but I was let down by the delayed delivery and lack of apology. The Chillie pizza is absolutely beautiful …the guy answering the phone so arrogant and so RUDE…..
The order arrived 10 minutes late expected on a busy Friday night! Most of the order was Luke warm the pizza on the order was cold. We ordered and extra large kebab which was advertised as X-Large and cost £6.00 the kebab that arrived was absolutely not as advertised it was tiny approximately the same size as a can of pop. This is false advertising! When contacted the restaurant stated “well we use the best donner meat” which is not an acceptable answer if you advertise something as XL it should be provided when ordered!
I called to place an order for a cheeseburger and they wanted to charge me £10 for delivery to a location only half a mile away. I will be ordering from a different restaurant in the future. We used to order from here every week, but it seems loyalty doesn't mean much to them.
Excellent service quality pizza since 1992...recently refurbished.... quality pizza deep dish proper Chicago style pizza...
