Mc Donalds - Kirklees

I usually go to McDonald's after watching a movie. I always get my order to go, but today the employees forgot to include my fries and sauces. It was a busy day, so I understand, but I was still a bit disappointed.

My partner and I went to this restaurant for breakfast before heading to the cinema on May 18th at 10:15. It was quite crowded, but one thing that really stood out to us was the lack of respect the manager showed towards the staff. The way she communicated with them was terrible, yelling and giving orders in a harsh manner. Even my partner, who usually doesn't comment on such things, mentioned how uncomfortable it made him feel. It's important for the staff to be treated well, as they are the ones who make the service possible.

We use McDonald in several branches Have to say this was the best yet everything was hot and we really enjoyed it Other branches weve had Luke warm chips or beef burgers not greatHere they got everything right so huge thank you to everyone concerned

At times I am a little old school but fast food should still be fast if you order at the counter. Service was very slow but worth the wait as the food was fresh and hot.

Great food and prices aren't too bad either. The service speed at the drive through was faster than I expected so I was pleasantly surprised about that.
