However, the woman who handled... read more My friend and I visited KFC tonight using the drive-thru. The man who took our order through the speaker was polite and friendly. However, the woman who handled the payment at the counter was very rude and lacked customer service skills. We had to wait longer than usual for our order, which was disappointing. Overall, we were unhappy with the service we received this evening.

It seemed like they weren't cooked properly and there was oil all over everything. Very disappointing. We didn't expect this low quality from KFC.

I went in on a Saturday evening and had the misfortune of needing to speak to a manager. Waste of time. Couldn’t even be bothered to apologise for the staff failings. Then while we are our food we could hear the staff laughing and joking about us. Again when challenged the ‘manager’ did nothing. Don’t go here.
