Sometimes you'll get deliciou... read more I always say that going to KFC is like playing a game of Russian roulette. You never know what you're going to get at the counter. Sometimes you'll get delicious, perfectly cooked chicken that's juicy and flavorful. Other times, it's just average in taste and preparation. And then there are the times when you get poor quality chicken and unappetizing gravy, leaving you feeling disappointed. Despite this, I find that the KFC on New Street is generally pretty good, with most of my experiences falling into the first two categories. I do wish they offered a cash payment option during the pandemic, as sometimes that's all I have on me. One thing that bothers me, however, is the dry and bland bread they use for their burger buns. I also feel like the size of their krushems has been reduced to the point where they're no longer worth buying.

I was not satisfied with the temperature of the potato fries with skins on or the popcorn chicken, so I returned both items for myself and my son. The person serving, an Asian man, tried to argue that all the food was freshly prepared because they had just opened. I insisted that he replace the items and bring them to our table. I walked away from the counter at this point. The food was replaced with fresh items. Sorry, KFC, but I do not pay for cold food.

I must admit, they really know how to make KFC well.
