Very disappointed, my order looked rushed not appealing at all. as you can see from the 1st photo this what i expected to come however it didn’t. my crepe was s... read more Very disappointed, my order looked rushed not appealing at all. as you can see from the 1st photo this what i expected to come however it didn’t. my crepe was soggy with the sauce leaking everywhere. paid nearly 5 pound for this. also paid 4 pound for a slice on cheese cake… smallest piece i have every seen, not sure if i will be ordering again.

I was surprised by how bad the food was and will not be returning any time soon. They really need to improve their quality.

She made a delicious waffle and was very efficient, keeping the shop clean and tidy. We plan on coming back soon.

The... read more My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a waffle and sundae to go, but when I received my order, the waffle was smaller than expected. The assistant asked us to wait outside, then gave us only one plastic fork and spoon to eat with. When I asked for more cutlery, the utensils broke easily. The waffle was not warm and not as good as it used to be, and to make matters worse, it had a hair in it. Considering the current hygiene standards due to Covid-19, I was surprised that the shop assistant did not use gloves or a hair net. For £11.00, I expected better and won't be returning. Next time, I will go to McDonald's instead.

Service was terrible.We were the only customers when we ordered and an hour later we still hadn’t been served our food. We ended up having one item(ordered 5) brought to us and taking the others out,I also had a refund on an item as would have been longer. There was no cutlery to eat with. No manager available. On our way out we realised others had been served before us and “take aways” dealt with. We will not be returning
