Elite Fast Food - Kirklees

I 've always loved the food from here and I don 't think it 's over priced. BUT!!! there phone managers are absolutely disgusting, Answered the phone hi Me: can I place an order for delivery please. Guy: ye Me: please can I have ...... Guy: ye Me: please can I have a ..... Pizza Guy: ye Zero conversation at all, never asked what size pizza I would like or anything Then I kindly asked how much and how long. Guy: £12 ready to collect in 20 minutes Me: I ask for delivery please. Guy: address? I honestly think that if they had a nice person answering the phone, this place would go alot further!

£5.50 for small donner meat and chips and it was very very small....cold donner meat soggy chips and wasnt going to even melt the cheese and said will melt by itself. Salad was yellow not green...waste of money didnt touch the sides. Should have stuck to pizza shack down the road, same price for medium not small and wayy better tasting. Wasnt fresh at all. Service was rude, the server touching his phone, going outside then touching food not hygienic at all, il be suprised if im not poorly

Ordered a beef burger and got given a chicken burger not what I asked for and order a large kebab and it was a very small potion and tasted like cardboard and no flavour. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Burger was decent, salt and pepper wings and chips werent to my taste, just covered in a chilli sauce, not what I was expecting.

I have been ordering from Elite since it opened 18yrs ago, tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and a kebab and when it came the charge was a lot more than usual, after ringing to shop the man read out what he was charging and it did not match the menu prices. The menu was up to date as it was posted through my door this wk! The man on the phone was abrupt and rude stating “this is the price this is the price” the delivery driver even rang the shop asking him to offer some money back but he shouted at the deliver driver “this is the price” after 18 yrs of loyalty to this shop I’m guessing it has a new manager who is rude and arrogant and I will NEVER be ordering from here again!!! You can’t just make up prices and charge what you want, and you certainly don’t speak to customers or staff on the phone in such a manner!
