The drinks here are consistently fantastic, and they offer a delicious selection of food items on the menu, as well as tempting treats in the display case at the counter. On a few occasions, I have popped in for a flat white and ended up leaving with a delicious freshly baked cake treat (most recently, a lovely slice of Simnel Cake which was a new experience for me). Additionally, during the week, they sell loaves of Roger's Bread (a local artisan baker) which are absolutely delicious. I grabbed one this morning along with my caffeine fix. The upstairs area has a bright and modern feel, while downstairs is a cozy spot with extra seating and tables. Location-wise, commuters in Huddersfield are fortunate to have this cafe just a short walk from the train station. It's the perfect spot to kick off a morning trek into work! If you're lucky, your visit may coincide with a day when Sheena, the coffee house pup, is on site... she is incredibly adorable and possibly one of the friendliest and well-behaved dogs you'll ever meet.
