25 minutes for an Ice Tea is what you can expect at this location. Then ignore you when you come up to them to ask where the drink is. You will watch them forget about orders as they take on their intercoms. Drive thru always gets priority. They have a lot of disdain for customers and are prone to blame them for issues with service.
I got the caramel ribbon crunch. They made it just how I like, with lots of whip cream.

It's a very standard Starbucks. Nice staff. Convenient location with a drive through.
This is intentional. It also feels racist. The barista would have known the process of making coffee himself, and the server would have checked the status of the coffee when closing the lid. Starbucks doesn't have money, so they make their own coffee to save coffee beans!!
Date time visited: 12-28-2023, 5:25 pm. Ordered a tall coffee via mobile, but the young barista girl (hispanic) gave me a short. I asked what size it was, and the other barista (big probably also hispanic) rudely replied “8 oz.” I then told that i ordered a tall size, and that’s when an asian girl realized the mistake and gave the correct size order. The first two girls i spoke with were visibly rude. There was no apology, but instead received cold looks from from first two girls.
