Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I walked into this Starbucks at 3:30pm on a Saturday. There were only two people in front of me. Zoe was the only one helping customers and making drinks even though there were two other workers behind the counter. I waited for over 10 minutes just for her to ask me about my drink. I have been going to this Starbucks for over 15 years with a few breaks in between the staff is always treating me right bending over backwards to make the right Frappuccino blend for me I like my Frappuccino mocha with two extra shots made with milk and Blended until it's a milkshake I finally learned how to say Venta .. they even give my dog her own cup we'll just call it a pup cup.. and allow me to have another cu...
