Starbucks - Kirkland

This particular Starbucks needs serious help. Better staff training and supplies.Just go to a real Starbucks... there's one in downtown Kirkland. Save yourself the time/hassle/money. Only a few times have I gotten a good order here, and they were done by staff that don't work there anymore.I've been ordering from this location because I am lazy and I live right downstairs, but I can tell you after many many attempts in the past 2 ish years, this place is just not good. I need to stop wasting my money on overpriced drinks that I end up having to throw away. Also they never seem to have anything stocked past a certain time (if you do order from here, good luck ordering breakfast items before 9am).And no, I don't bother telling them anymore about my drinks or food not being good, because they will make it incorrectly the 2nd time.

This particular Starbucks is apart of the Urban Plaza strip and is within QFC supermarket. It 's a weekly visit when I am here working with a client. I don 't partake in Starbucks myself, at least not usually but my client likes to take his break here and get a white chocolate mocha. I get it for him kids temperature which I didn 't know was a thing. This is great so he does not burn his mouth drinking it too fast. I appreciate them doing that. They also know to give him a discount as he works at the QFC. The baristas are all very nice and also keep the area pretty clean if it isn 't too busy. My one complaint is they don 't call out when the drink is ready or at least they could be a bit louder. I guess they expect you to eye the counter for your order but it would be a nice touch if they did that. Other than that, a very accommodating Starbucks.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Came in the afternoon five people in line. Waited for 15 minutes with no line progress and two people eventually left the line. Two workers. One was taking orders and making drinks. The other was washing cups and then stood there. I'm not sure if she knew how to work the register or make drinks but neither of the employees addressed the line or apologized for the wait or explained why everything was moving so slow. I eventually left and went to cafe ladro next door.
