Papa Johns Pizza - Kirkland

Ever since Papa John's started using door dash for deliveries they are Horrible. Dashers never come in a reasonable amount of time! Like right now we ordered over two hours ago, it's been saying the dasher is waiting to pickup the order for over 40min. The app shows the dasher is not even at the restaurant. He won't answer his phone or respond to txts. DoorDash says they won't do a full refund and even they can't get ahold of the driver. This is the 3rd time we have had issues with Papa John's delivery. Time to go back to Dominos who has real drivers who do their job.Papa John's stop using DoorDash and get real people back!!!

I love their pizza and their staff except 1 cashier woman I met on 11/2 (Thu at 6pm. I came to pick up my order like usual. She was on a phone so I waited. Several minutes later she finally eye contacted with me and gave me a sign that she would be helping me out after the call. So I waited more. Then, she accepted another call right after (Maybe another customer waiting on the phone before me.. . Though I knew my order was already ready on the shelf, I waited for her. After waiting for ~10 minutes, another employee came to the front to organize empty boxes. So, I asked the employee if he could check my order on the shelf. At that moment, the cashier woman stopped the employee helping me out and told me that she would be coming to help me after the call. She did not even tell me how much longer I have to wait or why I should not get hold of another employee for help. She seemed a bit angry. Not sure why she was not even allowing other employee helping their customers out.? Gladly the other employee insisted helping me out. He asked me my name and handed over my food from the shelf. I appreciate his help. Maybe it was not his duty to help pickup order customers. But he went beyond his duty and made his customer happy. Thank you!

I placed an order yesterday around 3pm for delivery at 5:30. Around 6pm I called in because it hadn't been delivered. Apparently something in the system somehow went kaput and our pizza had been delivered to what we learned was a vacant unit at the apartment complex we live at. The manager cooked us a fresh pizza and was extremely kind to me about the entire mixup. On our way home, we drove to the address the pizza was delivered to and sure enough. It was there, and had been for a little bit. We ended up bringing the pizza and wings to our upstairs neighbor who recently went through some medical setbacks, and just wanted to thank the staff at Papa Johns for being so good to us. We will be customers forever. Thanks guys, 5 stars!

They were quick. I mean I couldn't believe how quickly they delivered our pizzas. We got a great deal for really good pizza. The delivery driver was nice.
