I Love Bento's - Kirkland

The food was mediocre and expensive. The worst dragon roll I have ever ordered. The chicken Katsu had sauce all over instead of on the side and made the meal inedible.Vegetarian options: The tofu was good.

Prices are fine and the food fast. Biggest disappointment is 2/3 of it was white rice and the only vegetable was wet lettuce. Also too much generic sauce on top. One dish was so wet with unnecessary sauce you needed a spoon to eat the rice underneath.I've had the same meal for less elsewhere. The grill food items are the saving grace.The food is to go as the shop is aging poorly.

One dish was so wet with unnecessary sauce you needed a spoon to eat the rice underneath.The shop is showing it's age with faded signs covered with printer paper add-on dishes.I can only assume the good reviews are from long time customers as anyone new would walk out quickly the menu is all over the plate. Bentos are very small part of the menu despite the name.I've had the same meal for less elsewhere. The grill food items are very good so go with the teriyaki and skip the fried items as the sauce is sour.

WOW! Pleasantly surprised! New to the area and looking for Sushi, this place did not disappoint. Staff was super friendly, and a lot of obvious regulars came in while I was waiting... always a good sign. Will definitely be going back.

The food here is really good! My favorite is the spicy chicken teriyaki but I also really enjoy their California rolls.
