Went down to restaurant and waited FORTY minutes for a waiter to take my order, had to get up and ask them to take my order, which they did straight away, because they weren't busy! Then waited another FORTY minutes for food to arrive, sat at an unpleasant table, I was really not happy. The food did not make up for the service. Menu was so promising, with local food, but they wasted my time, not how I wanted to spend my limited time in Kirkenes.

We were excited for breakfast, but arrived... read more I would have given this hotel a 5-star rating if it weren't for the incorrect information provided to us at check-in. We were excited for breakfast, but arrived at 9AM to find out that it had already ended at 9, despite the posted hours stating it was until 10. The hotel is new and the rooms are modern and minimalist. The staff was helpful with recommendations and there is a luggage storage room. I would recommend this hotel in Kirkenes, but suggest double-checking meal times with the staff.
