The Wiener Schnitzel from the pig was hard and tasteless. Worse, the Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb ! A piece of meat that was about 2 3 cm thick. Wiener Schnitzel!!! Inside about pink and covered by tendons. The panade immediately dropped the meat completely tasteless salt pepper misdisplay. This kitchen product was offered on the menu as an original genuine Wiener Schnitzel. Franz and Helga are no longer seen there.
