For a first order, we will remember. No order. The restaurant jumped the line. It would be nice if the smart restaurant followed with the command restaurant. We had to go eat just at 10:00 to get something back, we ate at 11:15. To escape
Attention to your bank details. They're thieves. I was taken by them while I didn't even know their name. And of course no answer from them...
Customer service lamentable, following an order never arrived I tried to contact the customer service that has no number. You have to leave a message on their platform to be reminded. Results I remember more than 24 hours later by putting my word directly into doubt with a very familiar tone without looking to find what happened. So I go to the restaurant to clarify the situation there a pleasant and professional person receives me and we find together that I made an error in the delivery address. If I had been dealing with professionals right away we could have solved the problem together but 24 hours later and faced with amateurs so I lost 65€. I'll never use this platform again.
