Waited an hour to get my food as there was only 1 staff member in, and he looked like he couldn't give 2 shits that there... read more Absolutely disgraceful service today. Waited an hour to get my food as there was only 1 staff member in, and he looked like he couldn't give 2 shits that there was a massive queue! Eventually another couple of staff came to help after 45 mins. When I got my chips, they weren't very nice, bread bun was dry and chips were warm rather than hot. No apology given off staff for the wait, even though there were lots of audible complaints from the queue. Only waited for food due to me being a fussy eater and chips being my only option, and even then, no vegetarian option available as chips are fried in beef dripping.
