The food was fresh and served hot, and the staff was very helpful. Plus, they still offer a military discount, which is a nice bonus.

The steak was very tasty, and the mushrooms were cooked to perfection. I rated the atmosphere a 3 out of 5 mainly because of the women's bathroom, which is in dire need of attention! I also noticed that the windows were dirty, and the overall cleanliness could use some improvement, as it didn’t appear to be dusted regularly. Managers need to take action regarding the bathrooms—there's really no excuse for this! It would be beneficial to hire someone for a thorough steam cleaning every now and then. If you visit and notice the bathroom issues, be sure to voice your concerns; perhaps that will prompt some much-needed changes.

Although they can be short-staffed at times, the employees always work hard and serve with a smile. I highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday!

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak hoagie with a sweet tea, along with a strawberry margarita. Everything was fantastic. I had a previous bad experience at Ruby Tuesday, but this visit completely redeemed the restaurant for me.
