Our table got waited on first and we got the right food and pretty quick. The other table suffered wrong food, burnt chicken, extrememly slow (we were there over 2 hours) but the cook was the problem and the poor waitress took the brunt of the complaints. The sad thing was there were people around including the owner who seemed connected with the place that could have lent a hand but did not.

I waited 30 minutes at the bar for another beer... read more I visited Rustlers Grill to meet some friends who live nearby, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I waited 30 minutes at the bar for another beer, even though there were fewer than ten people there. On top of that, the restroom was in poor condition. When we finally caught the attention of the waitress with long curly hair after the long wait, she seemed dismissive. I would recommend choosing either the road to the left or Dodge City instead.

We checked the reviews beforehand and thought it would be a good choice for lunch. Some of the food was indeed delicious; however, the waitress/bartender—who was on her fourth day—was clearly overwhelmed. Our table was served first, and we received our correct orders relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the other table faced issues with incorrect dishes, burnt chicken, and extremely slow service (we ended up waiting for over two hours). The cook appeared to be the main problem, and the poor waitress had to cope with the complaints. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there were several staff members around, including someone who seemed to be the owner, who could have stepped in to assist but chose not to.
