What User doesn't like about Libaya:
The winning formula? A kilo of meat or fish on a wooden board. Otherwise there is also the whole chicken. There was no need for Libaya to be the place to be. Super cool place right on the river. Libaya oozes personality, this has the feel of a place that hasn 't been 'found ' yet. It reminds me of little rasta places off the swahili coast, it 's a place to turn your brain off and just chill.
