I visited the restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I called to speak with a staff member named Stephanie, but she was quite rude. When I tried to call her back, she hung up on me. After a while, I tried again, and I mentioned that I would report her for her behavior. I believe she would benefit from some customer service training. View all feedback.
Terrible customer service. They locked the doors well before closing time, and left the OPEN sign on. I knocked and waited. When the teenage boy cracked the door he said what happened !!!He hesitated but then made my sandwich, I advised him speaking to customers the way he did is not professional and if you have to close early, shut the open sign off and put a little note on the door

Absolutely ridiculous I don't know who's on the schedule today but they close at 9 and the store is closed before 8 o'clock this is absolutely ridiculous and their management should definitely check this out
Clean area, employees are efficient and nice. They speak english and spanish so thats a plus. Cookies looked delicious on display and the music is nice. Love to come here to sit and eat without feeling rushed! Highly recommend
I went to this location at 8:30 pm this evening — lights on and door open. When i went to order he said they were closed. I said the door is open and it says on the door 9pm. They said they decided to close early. There were two employees on staff. It is now 8:40 both employees are still in the store.
