Subway - KINGWOOD

I stopped by for a quick meal with my children and received satisfactory customer service. However, they were out of milk when we ordered the kids' meals. The sandwiches were quite tasty, and the ingredients appeared to be fresh overall.

Two of my sandwich components were extremely disappointing. The worst part was that ranch dressing was added to my Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub, while the sweet and wobbly teriyaki dressing was slathered on a Cali Fresh Steak sub! On top of that, they never included the guacamole I had requested. I always have to ask for it, and when they do provide it, they end up tearing the container and making a mess. To make matters worse, the store refused to refund me for the unusable sandwich components. They offered to have me return the next day (even though no one would be available to pick it up if I called on the day of the order), but I declined.

I have visited several places, but none have met my expectations. Either they didn’t have enough meat for the sandwiches, or they only offered one type of bread. To make matters worse, one employee took meat from one of my sandwiches to add it to another.

Very clean establishment and the service is great. Food is always fresh and delish! Crab salad is my fav!
