Horrible customer service. 2 young girls working were throwing their chapstick and almost hit us, no apologies. Then my son was tripped and accidentally dropped his ice cream so we made him a new one. They charged us all over again even though he hadn?t even had a bite out of it. When asked why they said ?it just depends on if we want to charge?. When asked to explain they just said you can?t expect to get a free ice... View all feedback.

My family to me really enjoyed our visit! This first time I went according to Menchies was in Michigan. So I had to take my daughter's grandchild!
So on Sunday, it closes around 930 and there is almost anyone in there. The toppings are on the hill, except that everything else is pretty good.
The cashier was sooo polite! This is definitely the place I go when I come to Kingwood from out of town!
