Ihop - KINGWOOD

I normally don't mind the cost of eating out, but Sunday Feb. 4th, I truly felt like I got robbed. From the wait, to the service to the old, cold tasteless food, it pained me to pull out my card, and even tip.This was by far the worst experience I've had since we moved to the humble area in 2013. We used to love IHOP, I pray it was just an off day for everyone. The lack of quality in literally everything shocked us because we drove to Kingwood area with higher expectations.I don't recommend this location to anyone.

The quality of the breakfasts and the service has gone down a bit, I have been visiting this place for a while and I do notice the changes.

The waitress seemed very unhappy to be waiting on us. They were out of several things we ordered.The service was terrible. Two of the wait staff seemed to be arguing.. I can understand why the Kingwood Ihop has such a low rating. This was the worst experience I'd ever had at an Ihop. No wonder this place was practically empty.

I ordered pancakes and sausage. There was the biggest black curly hair cooked into my pancakes you could see it when the waitress sat the plate down. My husband’s eggs had a hair also. So disgusting. Management needs to go over hygiene and proper hair nets. I will not eat here again. Actually didn’t eat anything on this visit. Gross was still charged for coffee and sausages. Do not go here.
