Attended on a Friday night for dinner. Appearance is clean and friendly but the tables are very close so be prepared for that. The menu is very large- with an extensive Chinese and Vietnamese listing. The food we had was very fresh, the produce was excellent and the flavours clean, fresh and delicious. Ate here for the 3rd time unlike our previous this was very disappointing.I ordered special fried rice and it resembled the steam rice. Not many vegies, prawns it was all rice. Disappointing.I had the crispy pork, small serve with a sauce with no flavour.I saw other dishes being taken to other tables and they looked amazing, maybe I picked the wrong dishes.I won't be returning again. Really good Vietnamese pork. Open late Saturday nights. Good place to go after movies at Mitcham.

This restaurant always offers great value for the money. My family has been coming here since I was a child. If you're in the mood for some tasty Chinese food, this place will not disappoint, especially for a midweek takeout option. The Vietnamese menu is even more authentic, according to my Vietnamese friends. I tried the Bo kho (beef gravy) and the duck with fungus mushrooms, both of which were delicious. We also decided to try the rice hot pot and we were glad we did. I would definitely order all of these dishes again.
I went to this restaurant over the weekend and it has remained the same for more than ten years. The Vietnamese salad is amazing and the sauce for the cold rolls is delicious!! My favorite dish is the tamarind prawns. The service is hit or miss, but it has a cozy, family-run business feel so you don't expect fine dining service. Overall, I love the food and plan to continue dining in or taking away from here for the next ten years.
