The Pizza Stop - Kingswood

I took photos and offered to share them if they wanted to address the issue, but they declined, saying they wouldn't send new pizzas. I suggested that it was too late for that and asked if we could just get credit for our next order. The person I spoke with assured me they would note it down behind the counter. However, when I called later to follow up, a staff member informed me that they wouldn't honor the promise of replacement pizzas. I mentioned that I still had photos to prove the condition of the order, but he was rude and said that I should have reported the issue on the night of the order and that we had eaten what we received. I reiterated that the pizza box was completely caved in and all the toppings were on the lid, with hardly any left for us to eat. It's frustrating that we even ordered extra food because we had guests over; we wanted to make sure there would be enough. After being a loyal customer for over eight years, I am deeply disappointed that they could not keep their word or even take the time to review the photos or speak with the staff member who initially offered us a resolution.

We ordered three pides from this shop on Thursday, April 7, 2022. They were the best pides I've ever had! I highly recommend them for a fantastic experience. Delicious!

I would prefer to come here over any other kebab shop; the food is amazing!

Generally the food is OK, but then we decided to order their $9 cheesecake thinking it was a nice in house made cake... turns out they charged us almost ten bucks for a frozen $3 ALDI cheesecake
