What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Second time ordering from Papa John's, second time they haven't delivered the pizza and argued with us saying they have. The delivery driver phoned us, swore blind he'd delivered the pizza and then put the phone down. Ordering from Papa John's is an absolute nightmare, two hours later no food and just a pure headache, again. Won't be giving them a third opportunity. Awful service. View all feedback.

First time ordering from Papa Johns. Excellent service the food came on time and was still hot, so there was no need to reheat. The staff were lovely and gave me a good deal too! Definitely ordering again
