Contribute FeedbackAt Chicken Express, guests experience a mix of delightful flavors and service inconsistencies. While many rave about the crispy gizzards and soft bread, praising the friendly staff for their prompt service, others express frustration over incorrect orders and disappointing customer interactions. Despite some negative experiences—like missed items and unsatisfactory sweet tea—first-time visitors often leave with a positive impression, eager to return. To thrive in the competitive landscape, especially outside bustling areas, it may be essential for management to focus on consistent service quality and address operational issues. Overall, the restaurant holds promise but requires improvement in execution.
That's more of a suggestion. I love chicken express while I lived in dallas continued worth. we moved to combes, tx, which is straight and out or two of harlingen, tx in the rio grande valley. my suggestion is, can someone build a chicken express in my situation? they will not have much competition at all. the usual places like kfc and church’s, (I never go to them because it is bad) own or corporation please come. there are enough people here and also to expand. I hope someone reads that.

Absolutely horrible customer service and the hours on line do not match the store hours. So disappointed thru should really get some training from the chicken express up in Fort Worth area. Y’all need to do better
