Delicious toasties, great coffee and friendly service. We've been here many times and will continue to go back because of the fantastic overall experience. A lot of local cafes could learn a thing or 2 from Honey Badger! View all feedback.

I visited Honey Badger in late March 2017 for breakfast and coffee. The menu had very few options, with the owner informing us that they were out of avocado for the avocado smash. We decided to just have coffee and find breakfast elsewhere. When I asked for a tax invoice, the staff could only provide a stamped eftpos receipt. We have lunched often at Honey Badger. The food and service are excellent. John is always experimenting with the menu so you never get bored. A couple of Middle Eastern dishes are standouts for me.
Vanessa and John have established a great local cafe! The coffee is always good, it's Allpress coffee. The quality of the food is a surprise for a small little cafe. Come early for breakfast! The Salmon Rosti is a winner for brunch! The porridge is amazing with the walnut crumble on top! And the pancakes are great too! The servings are generous. For lunch, the vegie burger is huge and tasty! The toasties are amazing! Something about the quality cheese, bread and the wonderful pesto...it kept our tradies very very happy! You might wait a little while for take away coffee on the weekend when it's busy but it is worth it. Or grab a table in the window or sit in the courtyard outside and order in! This is a great local cafe!

We decided to just have coffee and find breakfast elsewhere. When I asked for a tax invoice, the staff could only provide a stamped eftpos receipt. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend returning. The only positives were the free WiFi, friendly staff, and no eftpos minimum. However, the limited menu options, unavailability of menu items, and lack of professionalism in providing official itemised receipts were major negatives. In conclusion, it's not worth the visit.
Love the Egyptian breakfast, friendly staff, amazing fresh juices and coffees. Very accomodating and friendly.
