When I ordered a coffee and a pastry at the counter, I paid and a waiter brought me the coffee, slamming it on the table. He was just as rough with other customers. When my pastry arrived, there was no cutlery or napkin on my table, although other tables had them. Some of the cutlery was not completely clean. Despite these issues, the pastry was delicious and the coffee was decent.

When I was looking for the food that was told to me, it would be only another 3 minutes, what it was not, how hard is it to deliver sausage roll and lachspattie in time? when I ordered, there was not someone waiting for coffee or eating, so they don't know how to manage if there were many customers. the sad was also that they really did not care, only young workers who run the show that obviously do not care or know what customer experience is. young girl could not explain why the order lasted so long. I'm sorry, but earlier was a good little place to go, no more, much more better place with the staff who get it!

The staff are nice... read more The most notable thing about this place is the quality of the food and drinks: home made sausage rolls, nice salad, beautifully made coffee. The staff are nice and when they made a mistake with the order, were attentive and genuinely nice about it. They...were busy when I arrived, so the unwiped sticky table wasn’t a big deal. Prices are reasonable. You can sit inside or outside, with a range of major newspapers while you wait. I’d go back.

I ordered a “magic” coffee with the poor girl on the machine who was doing everything while this girl with attitude sat at a table just...observing and not helping at all. It wasn’t until my cold weak coffee came that bothered to get up and deliver it. I was shocked cause by the look of her I did not realise she actually worked there. Do not waste your money; one of the worst coffees and customer service I’ve had in a long while. To top it off she gave me the wrong change instead of $2 coins she gave me $1
