Definitely worth stopping by for breakfast in the morning. I ordered the blueberry pancakes with ice cream (which I was hesitant about having in the morning, but it was delicious) and maple syrup. The pancakes were thick and delicious. My friend had the cherry sourdough, which was also very tasty. The coffee was great as well. The service was quick and friendly. View all feedback.
What Luke Cooper doesn't like about Brasserie At The Foreshore:
Terrible service waited ten minutes to get acknowledged got some water another ten minutes finally got to order our meals the dumb waiter comes back 40 minutes later at 9.20 pm sorry we seem to have lost your order I'm sorry would you like to order again you must be joking idiot no wonder these joints go broke useless unprofessional I couldn't imagine what it would be like if they were busy View all feedback.
Pro: nice carrot cake Con: homemade almond croissant was terrible. Bordering on burnt, dry and negligible filling. unfortunately, worst almond croissant I've ever eaten.
Enjoyed a meal with friends over Easter sitting in the sun at Brasserie at the Foreshore. All our meals were delicious and the fresh juices were great. Service was good despite being very busy. Our only complaint was two meals came out a good 10 minutes before the other two despite ordering together. We would return. There's a large variety on the menu and free parking is readily available.
We decided last minute to stop at this restaurant for breakfast on a rainy Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised by the good atmosphere once we got inside away from the rain, and the food and drinks were excellent. We ordered the croque Monsieur and the pain perdu, both of which were delicious. The service was good, although a bit chaotic and slow at times. Despite this, we consider this place a great find and plan to return soon to try their dinner menu.
We had a wonderful time at this cafe, enjoying the sunshine and watching people pass by while overlooking the lake. The coffee was excellent, and although we didn't try any food ourselves, it all looked delicious!
