While some patrons rave about the friendly staff and affordable, tasty menu—especially the appealing kids’ options—others were discouraged by strong and unpleasant odors reminiscent of bleach and manure. Complaints about inattentive service and reheated food further detracted from the dining experience. Notably, staff members showed commendable understanding and support, particularly in accommodating families with children. Overall, while the food can be delightful and service exceptional, significant issues with cleanliness and food quality must be addressed for a consistently enjoyable visit.
Maybe it's because it's a Saturday night, but there were a lot of loud children, the service wasn't great, the food was only lukewarm even though we asked for it, and the steaks ranged from rare to medium well done and were not very hot.
I visited this restaurant for the first time in about 7 years and was pleased to see that the service had greatly improved. The food served to everyone at the table was fantastic.
We had a very nice meal today, one of my best steaks ever.
The restaurant has excellent food and the staff is very friendly and skilled. I would definitely recommend it for another visit.
We visited here today with our two young children. When our non verbal autistic son had a meltdown we were visibly stressed. The staff were very helpful, understanding and sympathetic. Thank you.
