Visited this restaurant with my wife as I've been craving Korean food as my planned trip to Seoul has had to be shelved due to coronavirus. Sorabol did not disappoint. I can recommend the kimchi fried rice and bulgogi beef for the BBQ. My wife...came as a Korean food virgin and has left a convert. View all feedback.
What Neil Hall doesn't like about Sorabol Korean:
One of my favourite place for Bibimbap because they serve raw beef instead of cooked ones! I've never liked Bibimbap until I've tried their version! BBQ meat is rather mediocre though. Sides are only refillable with a fee.. View all feedback.
An authentic Korean restaurant. small but personal is friendly. like the traditional Korean restaurant, the workers will prepare the grill meat for them. food flavor are good and price are appropriate. good place to eat
This is the second time that we visited and it was long overdue. we ordered galbi tang ochsenschwanz in a noodle soup) canapungi deep roasted chicken bites in a sweet spicy sauce) and japche sweet potato noodle with sweet and bark meat the banchan-side dishes were free with four good dishes like the Korean tee. the ochs tail was deliciously tender and the whole food was not oily at all that they received in some Korean restaurants. I look forward to going back.

Or to put it another way, it ticked all my foodie snob boxes! To kick off the meal, we were served complimentary nibbles of beansprout salad , cold mashed potatoes , and Korean black beans to go with our beers. This was a nice touch...read more
One of my favourites for bibimbap because they serve raw bark instead of cooked! I never liked bibimbap until I tried their version! bbq meat is, however, more moderate. can only be refilled with a fee.
I kimchi! absolutely fantastic beautiful staff, perfect mixed kimchi and a wonderful mung bohn souffle pfannkuchen, riveted with fresh chili. we overdided it on the grill (which comes with free namul, although we had to pay £2.50 for some salat leaves! bulgogi, kalbi and a spiced pig. All right, but we chased at this point, so the dolsot bimimbap took away like. I can for the fact that it is a very peppy breakfast reheated the next day
