Olive Pizza - Kingston upon Thames

Arrived cold and pizza was both incredibly dry but also chewy. Flavour of the sauce was too salty and the meat was gristly couldn’t finish it.

I ordered this as I had heard good things about it. Waited the normal amount of time for delivery but.... OMG it was like eating cardboard so dry and curled up I have put a picture of a slice so you can see it!! Tough as old boots! Horrible won't use them ever again... Was like a 99p pizza from Tesco yuk! Don't waste your money! I heard they were good obviously not anymore...

I have always used olive because it’s reasonable, delicious and never had a problem with delivery, well last night was something else! I placed an order at 6.30pm and delivery was estimated for 7.10, that time came and went and I called at 7.30 couldn’t get through for about 10 minutes. When I did I was told they were very busy and my order was out for delivery, 8.10 arrives and still nothing. By now I’m getting hangry, called again and was told they were going to contact driver and call back. 10 minutes later no call received, so called again to basically say cancel the order and was told I’d get a discount and my order should be with me imminently but I really did not want it by now. Then he became very rude and put the phone down! The food did eventually arrive at around 8.30, cold and no tuna on the create your own!! So so bad, I’m gutted really as I know they’ve lost my custom now

Best pizza around. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. The sign of a good pizza is when you can happily enjoy the crusts alone because the dough is freshly made and delicious. I am now getting into a habit of a weekly delivery during this lockdown

I used to use this place when I lived closer and though I’d give it another go big mistake. I’m not sure if it’s because I used to collect and this was a delivery but it was terrible in comparison to what I remembered! We ordered a takeaway and the pizza didn’t turn up until 40 mins after the estimated time 1hr20 after we placed our order. We had tried to ring (over 70 times) but couldn’t get through so had actually ordered another pizza from another place in the meantime! When the order eventually arrived, the pizzas were burnt, the chicken nugget side we have ordered was soggy and vile and the driver didn’t have the drink that came with our meal. Disappointing we won’t be ordering again; very sad as I had always considered Olives to be a good local business.
