My companion and I were half expecting the caf... read more I don't usually pass through Tolworth, but I discovered this restaurant about a year ago and revisited this week. My companion and I were half expecting the cafe to be closing, but a very friendly man, who I assume is the owner, reassured us that it was still open and made us feel welcome. The food was freshly cooked and delicious, with a decent selection of specials and a nice variety of wines. They also had a good selection of soft drinks, which was a nice surprise. The coffee was excellent, served hot and priced reasonably. Overall, it was a great experience and reminded me of the first time I visited. A hidden gem worth checking out.
